I went on a Sunday to celebrate my friend's birthday we all had a great time they were very accommodating to our large party size the food was great and the atmosphere was very authentic. The music was great for the vibe and my friends love Hookah. The only thing missing was the belly dancers... maybe next time.

Fez has long been my favorite restaurant for a decade or more because of the elaborate service and incredible food. Upon arrival we were told there was no hot tea (even tho we had hot tea at the end of the meal). They did not offer to wash our hands. The salads were bland and carrots under cooked. After waiting an incredibly long time. The bastilla was just basically scrambled eggs which lacked the texture and depth of flavor that I had experienced previously. The chicken and meat courses were great as usual. The couscous and veggies was dry, flavorless, and basically inedible. They didn't provide fruit and the baklava had a very strange taste to it. They did not offer us a towel to wash our hands or rose water at the end and the price was higher then it had been previously. I don't know if they changed the chef or owners but this experience was very lacking. I am giving this place a 3 because of the times I had previously.

Horrible business standards. Fez Moroccan Restaurant flat out lied and said they never signed up for an account as a business on Seamless. Pretty lame lie because to have the order go through the business must accept the order. When I got there they refused to even speak with the Seamless Rep who was trying to call them while I was in a live chat with them. The rep was just as confused as me and confirmed that I had prepaid and that they accepted the order. Mind you I told them in the beginning that I was here to pick up an order that I ordered online, they didn't tell me any of this until the food had come out and a bill, which was 15 dollars more expensive then what I originally had already paid, was placed in front of me. If you claimed you never created a business account wouldn't you want to clear it up, and at least talk to the rep? The horror story doesn't stop there, 5 to 10 police and food inspectors bust into the place while I'm sitting in the empty restaurant and started listing all the violations. They all overhear the ordeal and you know you are in a messed up situation when the police officer looks at you shakes their head and apologizes. Lol I was just in disbelief, a mixture of being angry and finding the whole thing utterly comical. Will never set foot in that place EVERRRRR Again. You have been warned!

Food was good, hookah was good. Service sucks. I had to ask at least 6 people to relight my hookah. Then when I was ready to leave I had to ask about 8 people for my bill. And you have to pay an automatic 20% tip. My tip last night was $40 for bad service
